Returns and Refunds Policy

Overview
We want you to feel confident when purchasing the Zap-Bru. If something goes wrong, we’re here to assist. This Policy outlines when returns, replacements, or refunds may be offered for customers within South Africa.

Eligibility for Returns
A return or refund may be requested only if:
Your Zap-Bru arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning on arrival
You receive the incorrect item
A clear manufacturing fault occurs within the warranty period

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or incorrect operation
• Damage caused by incorrect voltage, power surges, or electrical faults
• Physical damage such as drops, liquid exposure, or attempted repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Items sent back without prior approval
Change-of-mind returns

Because Zap-Bru is an electronic device, returns are not accepted simply because a customer no longer wants the item.

Replacement Policy
If your Zap-Bru is confirmed to have a valid manufacturing defect, we will:
Replace the item with a new unit, or
Offer a refund if replacements are unavailable

Replacements are shipped only after the faulty unit is received and inspected, unless otherwise agreed by our team.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times vary depending on your bank. Refunds do not include shipping fees unless the product was defective on arrival.

Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to a confirmed manufacturing defect:
Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

If the issue does not fall under this Policy or was caused by misuse:
The customer is responsible for courier costs.

Unauthorized returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Warranty Claims
Zap-Bru includes a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. All warranty claims require proof of purchase and evidence of the defect.
The warranty does not cover insect build-up inside the device, improper cleaning, physical damage, or any misuse.

How to Start a Return
To submit a return request, please provide:
Your order number
Full name and contact details
Photos or videos of the issue
A brief description of the problem

Our team will advise whether your case qualifies for a return, replacement, or refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the standard processing time:
• Check with your bank
• Contact your payment provider
• Then reach out to us so we can follow up
